At dinner tonight Briley decided to eat like this... Savanah and Camden thought it looked fun, so they tried putting their feet on the table while they ate only mom quickly put a stop to that.  Savannah said, "it's not fair, Briley doesn't have any rules to follow." : )

More Masters of Disguise

Our youth had a "Where's Waldo" activity a few weeks ago.  They asked me to disguise myself and walk around the mall along with several other people from church and see if the kids could pick us out of all the other mall goers... this was my disguise.  The kids had a hard time finding me.  It was a lot of fun. Savannah and Camden had to give the wig and glasses a go too : )

Piano Playing Savannah

Savannah started piano lessons a few weeks ago.  She is very excited about learning "Mary Had a Little Lamb" and is hoping to learn a Christmas song soon.  Briley tries to help out by pushing on the pedals for her.

For My Birthday...

For my birthday, I got up, got myself and the girls ready, got a phone call from mom, taught a dance class, and then came down with chills, body aches and a high fever, and lost my phone.  The good news is I am already feeling a little better (hoping it's just a 24 hour thing) and I finally found my phone.  John still made a pretty pink party for me, even though I felt terrible.  Thank you all for the birthday messages I got to hear at the end of the day.  And I am posting this purely for sympathy : )

6 Months Old!

I can't believe she's 6 months old already!  Where is the year disappearing to? 

Briley is very curious... always on the go looking for things to slobber on.  She wants to eat what we are eating but still loves her baby food.  I won't give her any of my food but her daddy can't seem to resist her sweet begging so Briley has had Cheesy Bread, Raspberry Pretzel Dessert, Sourdough Bread and I'm sure much more that I don't know about...
Briley loves her sisters and so far they are the only ones who can make her giggle uncontrollably.  It's fun to see her light up when they walk in the room.
I found her standing in her crib a few days ago...her crib was immediately lowered!  She just seems too small to be doing the things she does; but maybe I've just forgotten.

Camden told me tonight that when she's a mom her three daughters are going to be named:
Moony Rainbows Adams, Texi Rose Adams and Gooncakes Breen Adams
She also said she hopes she can remember these names when she's an adult.  I told her I would write them down for her.  She then told me that it will be good that she'll be able to read when she's a mom, otherwise she'd need me to read the names to her.

I was checking Savannah's homework tonight and one of the math problems asked her to "explain how you can find the total for 5+9.  What is the total?" Savannah's answer: "the total is 14 and how I figerd it out is that I couted with my thingers."

This is the same girl who one cold night as we walked to our car she said, "I'm not just throzen, I'm throzen, throzen, throzen, throzen."... :)
